10. Payment Policy

You agree and warrant that all payment instruments, credit cards and related information like billing address, used in connection with any service that is provided for a fee, are correct and that you are authorized to use such payment instrument. With regard to any payment plan, you agree to pay company the amount specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Terms of Use. You hereby authorize company to bill your payment instrument in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan. 

  • Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the Website, we do not offer refunds of any kind. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason from the date of your purchase. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with your name, company name, your full address, your email address and optional your phone number of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawa period has expired.

  • Recurring Subscriptions: If you select a service with a recurring subscription (autorenewal) you authorize company to maintain your account and pament information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the service. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you must email support@shewolfimpact.com at least 10 days before renewal.

  • Late Payments: Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Austrian law.

11. User Contributions

If you submit comments, reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant SheWolf Impact GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for business purposes, unless you expressly restrict such use in writing.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights of others.

  • Contains harmful code, viruses, or disruptive software.
